On April 4 this year, at the Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace, an expanded meeting of the Constituent Council of BMB Trade Group was held under the leadership of Chairman of the Supervisory Board Bekzod Mamatkulov.
During the event, the results of the company’s activities for the 1st quarter of 2023 were summed up and the main tasks for the 2nd quarter of 2023 were discussed, as well as organizational and personnel issues were considered.
As the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company Bekzod Mamatkulov noted, the accumulated experience and achievements of the company allow developing a fundamentally new Strategy for its further activities, as well as rebranding based on marketing studies.
At the meeting, a number of appointments were made in the executive office of the company, in accordance with which Mahmud Asamov was appointed General Director of the company, Mirgul Usmanov was appointed First Deputy, and other personnel changes were made in the composition of the Supervisory Board of the company.
In general, following the results of the meeting, further steps were outlined for the purposeful implementation of the Company’s Development Strategy for 2023, as well as priorities were identified in its commercial, international and personnel activities.
