The mini-futsal tournament between enterprises and organizations of the Company, held on October 19 of this year, is a clear manifestation of the healthy philosophy of this business community.
It’s 8:00 am. All conditions for holding competitions now exist. The teams are ready to compete. Professional referees are ready to conduct matches. The tournament was attended by 6 teams, divided into 2 groups, consisting of the company’s head office and enterprises operating in the regions.
At the opening ceremony of the competition, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BMB Holding Bekzod Mamatkulov emphasized the importance of popularizing physical education and sports, especially football, promoting and strengthening a healthy lifestyle in society, government organizations, companies and institutions.
Then the start of the competition was given.
During the initial group stages, teams competed to gain points and advance from the group. The BMB Holding-1 team, which was in Group A, performed in the final match with the highest result without a single defeat. And in Group V the game became even hotter. Since two teams – BMB Agro and the BMB Holding-2 team had an equal number of points for a ticket to the final, BMB Agro will fight for 1st place in terms of goals ratio.
So, the finalists are known. To take the next places of honor, the teams tried each other out as follows.
For 5th place:
BMB-Opera Zafferano – BMB Djizakh-1
For 3rd place:
BMB Djizakh-2 – BMB Holding-2
For 1st place:
BMB Holding-1 – BMB Agro
As a result of the tournament, the BMB Holding-1 team became the winner of the competition. 2nd place was taken by the BMB Agro team, and 3rd place by the BMB Djizakh-2 team. Also at the meetings, the winners of the following nominations were determined. In particular, “Best Goalkeeper” – Firdavsiy Mamatkulov (BMB Djizakh-2), “Best Defender” – Khurshid Khudoyarov (BMB Djizakh-2), “Best Player” – Sardor Zakirov (BMB Holding-1) and “Top Scorer of the Tournament” – awarded to Usman Musayevlar (BMB Opera Zafferano). The winning team received support from the company.
In conclusion, it must be said that during the uncompromising matches, each participant worked with enthusiasm. They showed their full potential and fought in the spirit of fair fight until the last seconds of the competition.
The purpose of this little tournament was not really to determine winners or losers. The main goal and result is to create an environment of mutual healthy competition in teams, further increase cohesion among employees and, ultimately, strengthen morale and increase labor efficiency. Because, as they say: “A healthy mind in a healthy body”!!!
