A meeting took place with the President of the Austrian company Agrotec Handels Boris Kandov
As you know, in January, a delegation led by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BMB Holding Bekzod Mamatkulov was on another working visit to Austria to conduct negotiations with European partners in order to implement agreements to further increase the holding’s export potential.
February 6 this year At the head office of BMB Holding, a logical continuation of the dialogue between the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Bekzod Mamatkulov and the President of AGROTEC HANDELS Boris Kandov took place.
During the conversation, it was noted that a special role in the development of trade and economic relations between Uzbekistan and Austria belongs to representatives of the private sector and business circles.
Based on this, during the dialogue, large-scale tasks related to the supply to Europe, including the Austrian market, export of various agricultural products grown and deeply processed by enterprises and clusters that are part of the BMB Holding company, and the implementation of other promising projects were discussed
During the meeting, issues related to the centralized supply of products grown by BMB Holding enterprises to European markets and increasing the export of saffron products by creating a centralized “Hub” in Austria were discussed.
The main goal of creating this “Hub” is to export products grown and processed in Uzbekistan to European countries, expand the range of products and supply high-quality products to these markets through packaging according to European standards.
In this context, an agreement was reached on cooperation to create joint ventures in Uzbekistan and Austria.
