On March 2 of this year, this delegation, under the leadership of Bekzod Mamatkulov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BMB Holding, held a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Jamshid Khodjaev.
At the meeting, issues of saffron cultivation, in particular, the supply of our value-added, deeply processed products made from saffron to the US markets, in particular to the COSTCO hypermarket chain, were discussed.
According to the results of the meeting, it was agreed to deliver Uzbek saffron, value-added products made from saffron, including saffron tomato paste and saffron hot sauce, deeply processed products made from fruits and vegetables, and sugarcane crops to American markets, in particular to the COSTCO hypermarket chain soon.
