A GENERAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF FOUNDERS OF BMB HOLDING WAS HELD

The meeting was chaired by Bekzod Mamatkulov, co-founder of BMB HOLDING, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Initially, the effectiveness of tasks that were set for the holding following the results of the last two quarters was analyzed. Perspective strategic tasks, including: expanding the investment potential and geography of exports, further strengthening foreign economic relations, deep processing through increasing agricultural yields, preparation of exported products that create value added, during the exploration of foreign markets, were also discussed.

The second issue on the agenda were following changes made in order to improve management activities, determine the level of responsibility of management personnel properly, strengthen management control and fill the Holding’s structural complex with highly qualified management personnel.

In particular, by decision of the Board of Founders:

On the occasion of the transfer of the founder of BMB HOLDING Dadajonov Mirzamurod Zohidjonovich to the position of a member of the Supervisory Board, working on a permanent basis, Mamatkulov Aziz Akmalovich was presented as a co-founder in his place in the amount of equal shares.

– First Deputy General Director of BMB HOLDING Usmanov Mirgulom Hoshim ugli was dismissed from his post in connection with the transition to another job, Nabijonov Khayrulla Muminjonovich was appointed Deputy General Director for Foreign Economic Relations and Investment Issues instead;

– Zakirov Sardor Takhirjanovich was appointed to the position of Deputy Director General for Commercial Affairs;

– Narzullaev Muslihiddin Shavkatjonovich was appointed head of the division of Foreign Economic Relations;

– Sayfullaev Islombek Nodirbekovich has been appointed head of the division for attracting perspective investment projects;

– Zokir Amanovich Usmanov has been appointed Head of the division for Relations with government and non-governmental organizations in the field of business development;

– Jabborkulov Jahongir Akmalovich has been appointed to the position of President and Executive Director of the BMB professional futsal club;

– Yadgarov Shamsiddin Tugilovich has been appointed to the position of Executive Director of BMB AGRO.
