THE OPENING CEREMONY OF “BMB AGRO PLUS” AND “BMB IMPEX” COMPANIES WAS HELD
On August 27 of this year, the official opening ceremonies for the “BMB AGRO PLUS” and “BMB IMPEX” enterprises were held in the Sharaf Rashidov district of Jizzakh region.
The BMB Agro Plus enterprise, with a total cost of $34.6 million, is being implemented using credit funds from Uzpromstroybank JSCB.
The company’s modern equipment, manufactured by leading companies from Belgium, Austria, Italy, Turkey, and China, allows for the deep processing of over 40,000 tons of fruit and vegetable products per year. Specifically, 21 thousand tons of products will undergo primary processing annually, while drying will result in 12.5 thousand tons of products, and 5 thousand tons of raw materials for purees, jams, tomatoes, and other products will be produced. Additionally, 50 thousand tons of legumes will be sorted, and 1,500 tons of products will be frozen using shock and acoustic methods.
The project consists of two stages: the first stage involves primary deep processing of fruits and vegetables, particularly the production and drying of deeply processed products such as jams, canned goods, purees, and pastes. The second stage involves the establishment of a freeze-drying line and shock and acoustic freezing processes. Furthermore, more than 400 jobs will be created within the framework of the project.
On the same day, the “BMB IMPEX” enterprise, which specializes in the storage and distribution of products, was also officially launched.
We can say that these launched projects by the Holding became a worthy gift for the population of the region on the eve of the 33rd anniversary of our independence.
