On November 23 of this year, the first stage of the BMB Village complex, worth 18 billion soums, was launched along the M-39 highway in the Chinoz district of Tashkent region on the initiative of BMB HOLDING.
The project, which is significant for creating gastronomic, tourist, and logistical amenities, includes a Za’faron national cuisine restaurant, a hostel, a bathhouse, a parking, and a car wash.
The entrance of the complex is decorated in a classical Oriental style and features landscape design that reflects a unique national environment. The Za’faron national cuisine restaurant, built in a modern style with Eastern influences, harmoniously combines with waterwheels and cozy verandas. It consists of several components, including a common hall for corporate dining and separate rooms for dining with friends or family. The restaurant serves not only national dishes but also the most delicious European and Turkish cuisine.
The complex also includes a hostel for relaxation, a bathhouse equipped with necessary hygienic facilities, a safe and comfortable parking lot for cars, and a car wash. In the future, it is planned to install charging equipment for electric vehicles and establish technical services for cars.
Based on this model, the holding company plans to open a wide network of BMB Village complexes along international highways in other regions of the republic, featuring restaurants, hostels, parking lots, car washes, and technical maintenance facilities.
Specifically, the second stage of the project is planned to be launched by January 1, 2025. It will include a large parking lot for 200 cars, facilities for washing large trucks and light vehicles, providing a wide range of comprehensive technical services, and other amenities.
The implementation of such socio-economic projects in our country will contribute to further improvement of infrastructure along international highways, development of tourism, and growth of regional economic indicators.
