On January 30, a meeting took place between Bekzod Mamatkulov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BMB HOLDING, and Artyom Milov, Chairman of the Board of LNK Industries (LNK GROUP).
The dialogue, which was conducted in an open and constructive spirit, addressed prospects for multilateral cooperation, development of joint projects in the social sphere and sports, particularly in the advancement of futsal.
Notably, this company, in addition to its entrepreneurial activities, is making a significant contribution to the development of football in Latvia. Specifically, under the company’s sponsorship, FC RFS club has been participating competitively in national and international championships.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to organize a visit to Uzbekistan by a delegation of footballers, futsal players, coaches, and specialists in the first quarter of this year, and to hold several friendly matches.
On the same day, a meeting was held with Vladimir Galperin, the Honorary Consul of Uzbekistan in Latvia and head of the Uzbekistan Trade House, as well as Rolands Romanovskis, the Executive Director of the Uzbekistan-Latvia Chamber of Commerce.
The discussion focused on effectively utilizing existing opportunities, supplying deeply processed, dried, and fresh fruits and vegetables produced by Holding enterprises to the Latvian market, and exporting products through this trade house not only to Latvia but also to the markets of Lithuania, Estonia, and Finland in the Baltic region. An agreement was reached to gradually establish cooperation while fully aligning product quality control with international standards.
