On February 4 of this year, a business breakfast was held in Istanbul, Turkey, between Bekzod Mamatkulov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BMB HOLDING, and Brian Bos, President of the Polish company ARTAGRO.
During the meeting, it was noted that the hydrogel biological product manufactured by ARTAGRO, which preserves soil moisture and conserves water, was used in the saffron planting process in the Bakhmal district of the Jizzakh region last season, achieving positive results.
Consequently, an agreement was reached to effectively apply this positive experience in the planting process of agricultural products, cotton, and fruits and vegetables grown in the fields of enterprises within the Holding system this year, as well as to regularly analyze the results of hydrogel in increasing yields.
It is worth emphasizing that the implementation of these investment projects is extremely important at a time when global climate change, the expansion of arid regions, and the problems of food security and water scarcity are becoming increasingly acute worldwide.
The meeting also discussed prospects for establishing strong connections between the Holding and major Polish retail chains and companies engaged in the sale of agricultural products, as well as exporting deeply processed fruit and vegetable products to Polish markets.
Thus, the European tour of the delegation led by B. Mamatkulov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BMB HOLDING, which was based on the principles of mutually beneficial cooperation and laid the foundation for a number of promising projects, has come to an end.
