TRAINING SEMINAR ORGANIZED FOR HEADS OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

A training seminar on “Growing Vegetable Seedlings” was held from January 31 to February 1 of this year for the heads of agricultural enterprises within the BMB HOLDING system, with the participation of professors and teachers from Tashkent State Agrarian University.

The event was organized to enhance the skills of managers and employees of agricultural enterprises within the Holding system in the proper use of innovations and technologies for growing vegetable seedlings.

On the first day of the training seminar, practical sessions were conducted on topics such as the current state and prospects of growing vegetable seedlings, preparing soil mixtures for seedling cultivation and the requirements for them, preparing nurseries for planting, adjusting the microclimate, cultivating vegetables and melons, as well as their agrotechnics.

The second day of the seminar focused on technologies for growing tomato and pepper seedlings in greenhouses, hardening the seedlings, preparing them for the winter season, open field cultivation, and fertilization methods.

The seminar, which took place in an interactive and open dialogue format, served as a platform for professional development and mutual exchange of experience for the participants.
