UZBEK SAFFRON TO BE DELIVERED TO THE GERMAN MARKET AS WELL

As we reported earlier, the BMB HOLDING delegation has concluded its visit to Sweden and today, February 1, began its next round of meetings and negotiations in Germany.

Initially, a meeting took place between the Chairman of the Holding’s Supervisory Board, Bekzod Mamatkulov, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Dilshod Akhatov, at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Germany. During the conversation, they discussed expanding business contacts with representatives of the German business community, increasing the flow of investments to our country, and attracting advanced technologies and innovations.

In turn, the Ambassador provided practical recommendations on establishing cooperation with leading German companies, industrial enterprises, and business associations.

Subsequently, another meeting was held with Karl-Heinz Günther Breysman, the founder of BREITZMANN Edelmetalle & Diamanten company, and its members. The meeting focused on exporting saffron grown under the BMB Saffron brand to the German market, implementing German technologies in our country, and supplying deeply processed fruit and vegetable products to German retail networks. An agreement was reached to accelerate practical steps in these areas.

The next meeting was held with Jonny Bakos, the CEO of UZ TRADE HOUSE (Uzbekistan Trade House) in Berlin. It was noted that this trading house would serve as a bridge for Uzbek entrepreneurs to enter the European market. Specifically, it was announced that the company has representatives in 16 regions of Germany who can collaborate on trade, economic, and investment issues. Additionally, J. Bakos proposed organizing a showroom for the Holding’s products in Germany.
