On July 17, 2025, a delegation led by the Deputy General Director of BMB HOLDING, Sardor Rozuqulov, visited the city of Omsk as part of a working trip to the regions of the Russian Federation and participated in the international forum “Cooperation Without Borders.”
During the forum, the BMB HOLDING delegation held a constructive dialogue with A.V. Posazhennikov, the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Omsk region. The meeting included a dedicated presentation on the Holding’s activities, particularly focusing on saffron products. The parties agreed to develop mutually beneficial cooperation, especially with representatives of the regional private sector.
At the forum, Tatyana Fedorchenko, Sales Director of “TD SIBIRSKIY,” one of Russia’s largest producers of condensed milk under the “Lyubimo” brand, proposed cooperation to find a distributor for their products in the Uzbek market and to supply raw materials in the form of powdered milk.
Additionally, D. Palsev, a representative of “EVEN” company, expressed interest in saffron and other aromatic spices imported from Uzbekistan and indicated readiness to discuss future commercial agreements.
The Omsk-based company “Sibbalt” showed interest in importing dried and ground vegetables, as well as spices used in the production of their chips. The company’s commercial department is expected to provide technical information on product types and volumes.
S.S. Lagutin, Chairman of the Committee for Interregional Cooperation under the Omsk Association of Entrepreneurs, offered to place BMB HOLDING products in his trading house on a commercial basis.
In the latter half of the visit, the delegation visited “Frutsiti,” one of the largest wholesale distribution centers in the Omsk region. A meeting was held with the center’s management and entrepreneurs and trade representatives, mostly Uzbekistan citizens. During this meeting, the management of “Frutsiti” proposed opening an official representative office of BMB HOLDING within the center and considering options for systematic product delivery. The center has effectively implemented a “single window” system, which significantly simplifies logistics and trade processes.
The meetings and negotiations held in Omsk will play an important role in expanding mutually beneficial cooperation, increasing export potential, and entering new markets.
