Today, there are 30 enterprises operating in the BMB Holding system, of which 5 are joint ventures (JVs) and 25 are subsidiaries.

Our rich experience in the successful implementation of large investment projects provides great opportunities for the dynamic development of the company.

The scope of activity of our holding company is wide and includes the activities of companies implementing projects in the field of agriculture (creation of food, fruit and vegetable clusters and medicinal plants), in the field of tourism (chain of hotels and restaurants), construction of transport and logistics facilities, development of social infrastructure, development activities, as well as a number of socio-economic and economic issues related to the development of sports in our country.

Besides that, in order to highlight the comprehensive reforms carried out in New Uzbekistan under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, strengthening communication with the people and public relations, creating conditions for the dissemination of objective information in society, improving the international image and business cooperation of our country, expanding the weight of the quality and volume of objective materials disseminated in national media and social networks, and finally, in order to promote the processes of media convergence, effectively used in world experience BMB MEDIA MARKAZ (Media Center) was created.

Investment activity

During the period of activity of the company, to establish partnerships with foreign entrepreneurs, the management of the company visited more than 30 developed countries. The company received representatives of business circles from more than 50 countries, to whom information about the investment potential of Uzbekistan was brought, what undoubtedly made a great impression.

The result of such actions – the company managed to launch projects together with foreign partners over the past period. According to the project BMB-NRC AGROLOGISTICS with the National Reserve Corporation (Russian Federation), the construction of a Modern agrologistic complex in the Jizzakh region is underway.

The Uzbek-Italian project BMB-OPERA ZAFFERANO on growing, processing and exporting saffron is one of the most significant projects of bilateral trade and economic cooperation. This project allows the introduction of advanced Italian experience and technologies, and is also important in the development of a strategic partnership in the field of organizing a cluster of medicinal plants in Uzbekistan.

Social activity

BMB Professional Futsal Club managed to win the Golden Treble, winning 3 competitions in one season 2022-2023, and became the champion of Uzbekistan, the Uzbekistan Cup and the Uzbekistan Super Cup.

As is known, according to the FIFA decision, Uzbekistan will host the 2024 Futsal World Cup. Before this global event and in order to popularize and develop futsal in our country, our company transferred a number of talented and experienced futsal players from Brazil to BMB PFC (Professional Futsal Club).

To date, our Club has further expanded its legion of futsal players by signing contracts with Alex Dias da Silva, João Florencio da Silva Neto, Lucas Oguido Nakazato and Vitor Manoel da Silva, as well as extending the contracts of Oliveira de Jesus Souza Hebberth (Bolt) and Henrique Soarez de Souza Paulo. Nunes Da Silva Gattini Adalberto (Betao), 2018 Futsal World Champion, UEFA Cup winner and Brazilian champion, has been appointed as a consultant to the head coach.
