As part of a working visit to European countries, on October 23 of this year, with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in France, a meeting took place in Paris between Bekzod Mamatkulov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BMB HOLDING, and Gali Fetaya, Head of FETAYA ET FILS.
For reference, FETAYA ET FILS has a 70-year history and ranks among the top three major French companies specializing in the export and import of deeply processed fruits and vegetables, as well as their wholesale trade. The company is also known as a reliable and reputable partner in the global market, with extensive experience in the import and export of dried and processed agricultural products.
During the meeting, the parties held an in-depth discussion on issues of mutual cooperation in the agricultural sector, including the prospects for exporting deeply processed products produced by the Holding’s enterprises to the French market.
As part of the visit, Bekzod Mamatkulov also familiarized himself with the operations of FETAYA ET FILS’s packaging and storage complex.
The negotiations, held in an open and constructive atmosphere, resulted in agreements on the supply of certain types of products from Uzbekistan, as well as on the joint implementation of new collaborative projects in the near future.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties expressed their readiness to establish strong trade and economic ties and to expand opportunities for cooperation between the business communities of the two countries.
