As part of a working visit to European countries, on October 26 of this year, a meeting took place in Madrid between the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BMB HOLDING, Bekzod Mamatkulov, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Spain, Farrukh Tursunov.
At the beginning of the conversation, it was noted with satisfaction that the signing of the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between Uzbekistan and the European Union in Brussels creates additional opportunities for the further development of trade and economic relations between Uzbekistan and Spain, as well as for the implementation of new joint investment and export projects.
During the talks, special emphasis was placed on the fact that the products of enterprises within BMB HOLDING have been awarded prestigious quality certificates from leading organizations in Europe and the United States. This, in turn, contributes to strengthening the export potential of Uzbekistan.
Following the constructive and friendly meeting, the parties reached an agreement on the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Spain providing assistance in developing plans to expand contacts between BMB HOLDING and leading Spanish companies, establish mutually beneficial cooperation, implement joint export and investment projects, and introduce modern technologies into the country’s economy.
