On 9 February of the current year, professional development courses in “Corporate Strategic Management” were organized at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistanfor more than 40 senior executives of subsidiary and joint venture companies within the BMB HOLDING structure.

These educational programs are conducted on an annual basis and play a significant role in enhancing employees’ professional capacity, developing managerial skills, and unlocking internal potential that has not yet been fully realized.

During the training, the Academy’s faculty will demonstrate through practical examples that, alongside the high-quality and timely fulfillment of official duties, initiative, creative thinking, and the implementation of innovative approaches are essential factors in achieving strong performance and sustainable results.

As part of the seminar and training program, lectures are delivered on key areas including the fundamentals of obligations and legal responsibility in entrepreneurship, strategic marketing, public relations and digital policy, crisis management, corporate culture and the development of high-performance teams, the use of artificial intelligence technologies, as well as the effective integration of management and leadership, strategic thinking, and planning.

Overall, these professional development courses represent an integral component of the ongoing reforms at BMB HOLDING, aimed at developing human capital and preparing proactive, responsible professionals equipped with modern knowledge and practical skills.
