On February 13, 2026, negotiations were held between Bekzod Mamatkulov, Chairman of the Founders Board of BMB HOLDING, and Jonathan Henick, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the parties noted with satisfaction that in recent years relations between Uzbekistan and the United States have reached an entirely new level. It was emphasized that trade and economic ties are developing consistently, while the scale of investment cooperation and the number of joint projects continue to grow steadily.
Special attention was given to the increasing interest of American companies in the Uzbek market. At the same time, products manufactured under the national “Made in Uzbekistan” brand are successfully strengthening their positions in the U.S. market, serving as a clear testament to mutual trust and sustainable partnership.
For his part, Bekzod Mamatkulov stated that cooperation with American entrepreneurs is built not only on product supply, but also on the foundation of long-term strategic partnership. In the near future, the parties plan to expand existing ties, increase export volumes, and implement new investment projects.
Ambassador Jonathan Henick highly praised the agreements reached during Bekzod Mamatkulov’s visit to the United States in December 2025. In particular, it was noted that the Holding’s cooperation with the major retail chain Costco and with McCormick serves as a strong example for other entrepreneurs seeking to enter the U.S. market. He noted that these agreements are the result of trust and open dialogue between the business communities of the two countries.
The negotiations were held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Ambassador invited Bekzod Mamatkulov to participate in the SelectUSA Investment Summit, which will take place in the United States in May of this year.
