On February 13 of this year, more than 40 senior executives from subsidiary and joint ventures within the structure of BMB HOLDING successfully completed an advanced training program in “Corporate Strategic Management” at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This educational program represents a natural continuation of the Holding’s systemic reforms aimed at strengthening human capital potential, enhancing management efficiency, and fully unlocking the internal capabilities of its employees.
During the course, the Academy’s faculty members provided practical insights into a wide range of topics, including legal responsibility in entrepreneurship, public speaking skills, fundamentals of economics, strategic marketing and PR, digital policy, crisis management, corporate culture and the development of high-performance teams, the application of artificial intelligence, as well as strategic thinking and planning.
In his address, Vice-Rector of the Academy Shamsiddin Valiev emphasized that effective corporate governance in today’s environment requires a harmonious combination of leadership and management, proactive initiative, and the implementation of innovative approaches.
Bekzod Mamatkulov, Chairman of the Founders Board of BMB HOLDING, noted that investments in human capital are a strategic factor in ensuring long-term sustainable growth and strengthening the Holding’s competitiveness in international markets. He also highlighted that particular attention is currently being paid to enhancing the role and contribution of women leaders within the Holding’s operations.
The event concluded with a formal ceremony during which participants were awarded certificates confirming the successful completion of the advanced training program.
