On July 14, a meeting was held between Bobir Yakhyaev, Director of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations at BMB HOLDING and Li Xiaoping, Finance Director of the Uzbekistan Representative Office of Geological Exploration Group, a subsidiary of one of China’s leading state-owned corporations, China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC).
At the beginning of the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further strengthening the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China, as well as opportunities for implementing joint projects in the fields of industry, geological exploration, infrastructure, and investment.
Particular attention was given to the effective organization of CNNC Geological Exploration Group’s operations in Uzbekistan, expanding cooperation with both the public and private sectors, and exploring opportunities to utilize BMB HOLDING’s consulting expertise in legal, organizational, and investment-related matters. The participants emphasized that open dialogue, mutual trust, and adherence to international legal principles are essential foundations for long-term partnership.
The Chinese delegation highly appreciated the large-scale economic reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan, the favorable business environment created for foreign investors, and the government’s consistent policy of supporting investment and promoting sustainable economic development.
During the meeting, the guests also visited the BMB HOLDING showroom, where they were introduced to the Holding’s export-oriented products. In addition, the parties explored opportunities to promote Uzbek products in international markets, expand trade and economic cooperation, and attract foreign companies to participate in joint investment projects.
The meeting concluded in a constructive and friendly atmosphere, with both sides agreeing to further expand practical cooperation, support promising investment initiatives, and strengthen their mutually beneficial partnership through regular dialogue and continued collaboration.
