On October 21 this year, with the assistance of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Belarus, a videoconference was held between Bekzod Yuldoshev, Deputy General Director of BMB HOLDING, and Dmitry Krasko, Commercial Director of Eurotorg.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed prospects for establishing and developing mutually beneficial cooperation, as well as opportunities to export fruit and vegetable products grown in Uzbekistan to the Belarusian market.
It was emphasized that Uzbekistan’s strong agricultural potential, diverse range of agricultural products, and accumulated expertise in cultivation and processing provide a solid foundation for promoting domestic products in international markets and increasing export volumes.
In this regard, particular attention was paid to assessing consumer demand in the Belarusian market, expanding exports of products under the Made in Uzbekistan brand, and strengthening the international trade ties of Uzbek producers.
The parties also exchanged views on expanding opportunities to supply Uzbek fruit and vegetable products to Belarusian consumers, identifying new areas of trade cooperation, and pursuing mutually beneficial initiatives.
Following the negotiations, which were held in a constructive and business-oriented atmosphere, the parties agreed to continue their dialogue, jointly explore existing opportunities, and develop concrete proposals for promising areas of cooperation, with a view to further strengthening mutually beneficial trade and economic relations.
