On August 3, a business forum dedicated to further expanding trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and India, strengthening investment collaboration, and promoting direct dialogue between the business communities of the two countries was held in New Delhi, the capital of India. The event was organized at the initiative of the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Department of Commerce under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India.
The international forum brought together more than 200 representatives of government agencies, investment institutions, industry associations, and leading companies. BMB HOLDING was represented at the event by Bobir Yakhyaev, Director of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations.
It was noted during the forum that economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and India has been steadily developing in recent years, while the expansion of trade relations, attraction of investments, and strengthening of practical cooperation between the private sectors of the two countries have become key priorities of the bilateral partnership. In this regard, the forum served as an important platform for establishing new business contacts and fostering mutually beneficial cooperation.
During the forum, Bobir Yakhyaev delivered a presentation on the export and investment potential of BMB HOLDING, highlighting the Holding’s projects aimed at producing high value-added products, its activities in international markets, and its initiatives focused on developing long-term partnerships with foreign companies.
In addition, B2B meetings were held with executives of Active Services, Mega Grain Trading Co., Axis Group, Royal Consultants, Radscan Systems, The Great Eastern Shipping Company, Nortech Trinity India, Nirman Consultants, and Amby Consultancy Services. The discussions focused on opportunities for implementing joint investment initiatives, expanding export cooperation, attracting advanced technologies, and establishing long-term partnerships in promising areas of mutual interest.
