On April 18 of this year, a meeting was held at the Head Office of BMB HOLDING between the Deputy General Director of the Holding for International Relations and Investments, Khairulla Nabijonov, and the Trade Advisor to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Uzbekistan, Mr. Yan Koshinsky.
The meeting discussed issues of further strengthening and expanding mutual trade and economic ties, as well as establishing effective mechanisms for bilateral cooperation.
The possibilities of exporting high-quality fruits and vegetables, melons, and dried fruits grown and deeply processed by the enterprises within the Holding’s system to the French market were also considered. Mr. Koshinsky emphasized the high demand for these types of products in France and noted the great potential for mutually beneficial cooperation in this area.
Additionally, the establishment of cooperation between the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI France Uzbekistan) and BMB HOLDING was discussed. It was emphasized that such cooperation would create a favorable foundation for exchanging experiences between companies of the two countries, establishing new business contacts, and implementing joint projects.
The French Embassy expressed its readiness to provide practical assistance in establishing direct contacts with potential French importers and distributors, including organizing business meetings. Mr. Yan Koshinsky expressed great interest in visiting the modern agro-logistics complexes and processing facilities of BMB HOLDING located in the Jizzakh region to directly familiarize himself with their activities.
