On June 14 of this year, a meeting took place at the Head Office of BMB HOLDING between the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Holding, Bekzod Mamatkulov, and members of the official delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Arman Shakkaliyev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan, Beibut Atamkulov, and the Chairman of the Board of “UZKAZTRADE,” Bauirzhan Gaisa.

Agricultural product supply and futures contracts

During the negotiations, issues of supplying agricultural products to the Kazakh market were discussed. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Holding also emphasized their readiness to establish a logistics system for the production, processing, and regional distribution of products.

Joint projects in the livestock sector

Representatives of the Kazakh delegation expressed interest in cooperating with BMB HOLDING in cattle breeding, the use of genetic resources, and the creation of production infrastructure in their territories. In this regard, focus was placed on long-term partnership in the implementation of projects.

Development of space tourism in Baikonur

The meeting discussed initiatives to organize tourist visits to the Baikonur Cosmodrome, particularly to establish tours that allow live observation of spacecraft launches. It was noted that this project would serve to strengthen cultural and tourism ties between the two countries.

Additionally, within the framework of the meeting, the distinguished guests familiarized themselves with the activities of the showroom and museum, which showcases samples of high value-added products manufactured by enterprises of the Holding system and processed using the latest technologies.

In the future, specific mechanisms will be developed to further enhance strategic partnership with Kazakhstani partners, as well as to form working groups in the near future and effectively launch projects.

Following the meeting, an official visit of the BMB HOLDING delegation to Kazakhstan is planned to address the discussed areas of cooperation.
