On December 17 of this year, online negotiations were held between Khayrulla Nabijonov, Deputy General Director of BMB HOLDING, and Mikhail Menshikov, Director for the Development of Foreign Economic Activity at “Красный маяк”.

For reference, “Красный маяк”, founded in 1931, operates in the fields of retail trade, dairy processing, vegetable cultivation on 14,000 hectares, as well as livestock farming and crop production.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed issues related to the cultivation and supply of more than 10 types of agricultural products by enterprises within the Holding in 2026, based on offtake contracts and in accordance with agreed production technologies.

The parties also exchanged views on the prospects of supplying fruit and vegetable products grown in Uzbekistan to major Russian retail chains such as “Магнит”, “X5 Group”, and “Монетка”.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to sign an offtake contract for the cultivation and supply of agricultural products throughout 2026, as well as to continue negotiations in 2027 to expand the product range and increase supply volumes.
