Within the framework of cooperation between the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the Agency for Quarantine and Plant Protection, high-tech laboratory equipment manufactured in the Republic of Korea has been delivered to the modern agro-logistics complex BMB-NRC AGROLOGISTICS, located in the Sharaf Rashidov District.

This initiative is aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of laboratory testing of agricultural products intended for export. The introduction of advanced laboratory equipment will ensure more accurate diagnostics, compliance of products with international phytosanitary and quality standards, and a significant reduction in the time required for laboratory analyses.

The implementation of this project is expected to enhance the export potential of domestic agricultural products, strengthen the trust of international partners, and expand the geography of exports through guaranteed quality control at all stages of the agro-logistics supply chain.

In addition, training seminars are being organized at the BMB-NRC AGROLOGISTICS complex with the participation of Korean specialists. These sessions provide training for local professionals on operating the new laboratory equipment, applying modern research methods, and adopting international quality control practices. This, in turn, will contribute to improving professional competencies and ensuring the sustainable development of laboratory infrastructure.
