As previously reported, Bekzod Mamatkulov, Chairman of the Founders Board of BMB HOLDING, is currently on a working visit to European countries.
As part of this visit, on January 28, a meeting was held in Rome between Bekzod Mamatkulov and Alessandro Mombelloni, Advisor to the President of the Italian office of Ernst & Young Global Consulting.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the further transition of enterprises within BMB HOLDING to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). It was noted that BMB High Tech, a company within the Holding, has already fully adopted IFRS for its financial reporting, and by the end of 2026, a complete transition to this system is planned for three additional companies.
In addition, the parties addressed issues related to the direct attraction of investments and bank financial resources from international financial institutions for the implementation of promising projects carried out by the Holding’s enterprises.
As a result of the meeting, held in a constructive and businesslike atmosphere, an agreement was reached on the implementation of a concrete plan of practical measures aimed at fully aligning the Holding’s enterprises with international financial reporting standards and accelerating their integration into international financial markets.
Overall, the agreements reached provide a solid foundation for enhancing financial transparency within the Holding’s operations, strengthening investor confidence, and taking cooperation with international financial institutions to a new level.
