On January 30 of this year, negotiations were held between Anvar Muminov, Director of the International Relations Department of BMB HOLDING, and Gianluigi Peduzzi, President of the Italian company Rustichella d’Abruzzo.

For reference, Rustichella d’Abruzzo is one of Italy’s premium brands with a long-standing history and is among the country’s leading pasta manufacturers.

During the meeting, Mr. Peduzzi was thoroughly briefed on the activities of BMB HOLDING, the enterprises within its structure, as well as the joint investment projects currently being implemented.

In addition, the President of Rustichella d’Abruzzo expressed strong interest in the natural saffron branded BMB Za’faron, cultivated by the Holding in the Jizzakh region.

In particular, the parties discussed prospects for the joint production of a wide range of pasta products with added saffron, through the incorporation of this ingredient into pasta formulations.

At the same time, Mr. Peduzzi presented specific proposals regarding the supply of pasta products to the network of premium restaurants and hotels operating within the Holding’s system, as well as the future distribution of these products in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to establish mutually beneficial cooperation and to further develop concrete plans on the issues discussed above.
