At the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, every Thursday has been designated as “Youth Day,” once again underscoring the priority given to youth policy at the state level. As part of this initiative, practical events were also organized in the Arnasay District.

Under the leadership of District hokim Odil Musanov, and with the participation of responsible officials, an open dialogue was held at BMB AGRO with more than 70 young people. In addition, youth representatives from the district of Chulkuvar and Tinchlik visited the enterprise and became acquainted with the working conditions created there.

During the meeting, detailed information was presented about the company’s modern production processes, newly created jobs, and the opportunities being provided for young people. Notably, an initiative was put forward to establish a “Youth Garden” on the company’s premises. A group of young people who expressed a desire to work were taken under the mentorship of responsible officials.

At the conclusion of the meeting, key tasks were defined within the BMB HOLDING system regarding vocational training for youth, employment support, and assistance in implementing their projects.
