On June 24, representatives of BMB HOLDING, with the support of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with executives of leading Iranian companies – FAJR ISFAHAN Agriculture and Livestock Co., PARS HOLDING Co., and DANEH CHIN Co.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further strengthening trade and economic relations between Uzbekistan and Iran, increasing bilateral trade turnover, expanding exports of agricultural products, and implementing new investment projects.
The Iranian delegation was provided with detailed information on the large-scale economic reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan, the favorable conditions created for supporting entrepreneurship, and the opportunities available for the development of foreign trade and investment activities. In addition, the participants were introduced to projects being implemented by BMB HOLDING in the fields of agribusiness, food production, export-import operations, logistics, and tourism.
The parties also emphasized that Iran, with a population of nearly 90 million people, represents a significant consumer market and serves as an important logistics hub providing access to the markets of the Persian Gulf, the Middle East, and South Asia.
As part of the visit, the Iranian guests explored products showcased at the BMB HOLDING showroom and highly appreciated their quality and export potential.
Following the discussions, which were held in a constructive and friendly atmosphere, the parties agreed to continue dialogue on expanding trade, economic, and investment cooperation, implementing joint projects, and strengthening business ties. The Iranian partners also invited representatives of BMB HOLDING to pay a working visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
