On October 13 of this year, negotiations were held via videoconference between Khayrulla Nabijonov, Deputy General Director of BMB HOLDING, and Andrei Molchanou, Advisor to the Chairman of the Founders Board of Lithuanian company IMLITEX HOLDINGS.
 
At the beginning of the online meeting, the parties exchanged views on their respective companies’ activities, existing capabilities, and opportunities for establishing mutually beneficial cooperation. Particular attention was paid to developing promising joint projects, expanding trade and economic ties, and exploring new business opportunities.
 
For reference, IMLITEX HOLDINGS is a diversified group of companies operating in international markets. Its core business areas include agricultural raw materials, ingredients for the food industry, textile products, as well as chemicals, energy, packaging materials, and logistics. The company maintains trade relations with 70 countries and offers more than 4,000 types of products and raw materials.
 
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the practical prospects for implementing joint projects based on their respective experience and capabilities, priority areas for further cooperation, and opportunities to implement mutually beneficial initiatives.
 
BMB HOLDING continues to pursue its efforts to strengthen international business ties, establish new partnerships, and expand the presence of domestic products in foreign markets.
