In today’s era of globalization, knowledge of foreign languages is becoming an important factor not only in personal development but also in corporate success. To this end, BMB HOLDING has taken another step towards further enhancing the professional potential of its employees.

On April 4th of this year, a cooperation agreement was signed at BMB HOLDING‘s head office between the Holding’s General Director, Elyor Ibrohimov, and Rustam Qoriyev, Chairman of the Board of “Ibrat Farzandlari” NGO and Advisor to the Director of the Youth Affairs Agency for the Development of Foreign Languages.

At the beginning of the event, information was exchanged on the work being carried out within the framework of the “Ibrat Farzandlari” project, initiated by the head of our state, aimed at teaching foreign languages based on an effective and innovative approach, as well as on the Holding’s projects aimed at social directions and its achievements.

The main goal of the event is, first and foremost, to prioritize both the material and moral interests of employees, and furthermore, to ensure the overall competitiveness of the Holding by improving their qualifications. The advanced experience and modern methodologies of the “Ibrat Farzandlari” project in language teaching lay the foundation for organizing this process at a high level.

Such cooperation between the two parties will undoubtedly serve to further enhance the prestige of Uzbek business organizations in the international arena in the future.
