On April 9 of this year, a meeting took place between Khairulla Nabijonov, the Deputy General Director of BMB HOLDING for International Relations and Investments, and Ahmet Horata, the Trade Advisor of the Republic of Turkey in Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, it was noted with satisfaction that trade and economic relations between the two countries have been growing at a rapid pace in recent years. Both sides emphasized the need for further development of this process and expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation.
The possibilities of exporting agricultural products grown in Uzbekistan to the Turkish market were also discussed. In this regard, the parties considered organizing meetings and events aimed at establishing multilateral cooperation between business circles, chambers of industry and commerce, and representatives of the Holding in the relevant regions of Turkey.
Ways to increase the export volume of products in high demand in the Turkish market and improve existing logistics chains were also discussed.
At the conclusion of the meeting, an agreement was reached on active participation in business forums, exhibitions, and other events that contribute to further deepening bilateral trade and economic cooperation. It was emphasized that such events create favorable opportunities for implementing new investment projects and strengthening cooperative relationships.
