Recently, bilateral talks were held in the capital with representatives of the German business community. The discussions aimed to strengthen trade and economic ties between Uzbekistan and Germany, attract advanced German technologies and investment into Uzbekistan’s economy, and explore opportunities for implementing promising joint projects.

The talks were held with the support of the German-Uzbek Economic Cooperation Bureau (DUWK Büro). Participants included No‘yobjon Ahmadjonov, executive director of bureau, and Bobir Yahyaev, Director of the Department at BMB HOLDING.

As part of the discussions, meetings were held with representatives of nearly ten German companies and a prominent business association operating in the fields of industry, engineering, advanced technologies, international logistics, trade, aviation and consulting.

In particular, meetings were held with representatives of the German Eurasian Business Association, ASTARE GmbH, JOKOBA Technologies GmbH, Hammelmann GmbH, Atlantis Zollspedition, MIYAWAKI GmbH, SKM Logistics & Trade GmbH, Life Science Consulting, Stena Line GmbH & Co. KG, and MATTHIESSEN Lager- und Recyclingtechnik GmbH.

During the talks, the parties discussed in detail the German companies international experience, production and technological capabilities, innovative developments, and prospects for cooperation in the Uzbek market. Particular attention was given to the introduction of industrial and engineering technologies, modernization of production processes, development of international logistics systems, establishing cooperation in the aviation sector, implementation of modern equipment and innovative solutions, as well as opportunities for collaboration in international trade operations and consulting services.

The German partners were provided with detailed information about BMB HOLDING’s key areas of activity, investment and production capabilities, ongoing projects, and strategic priorities aimed at expanding international cooperation.

It is worth noting that these meetings, which brought together representatives from various sectors of the German economy, open up new opportunities to integrate advanced industrial and engineering expertise, high-tech developments, and international logistics and trade capabilities into promising projects in Uzbekistan. This, in turn, could contribute to the modernization of production, expansion of high-value-added manufacturing, attraction of investment, and enhancement of the country’s export potential.

At the conclusion of the meetings, the parties agreed to maintain and further develop business contacts, prepare proposals in specific areas of cooperation, assess the technical and economic parameters of promising projects, and explore opportunities to advance them towards practical implementation.
