As defined in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 5, 2019 No. PF-5611 “On Additional Measures for the Accelerated Development of Tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan,” it is specifically emphasized that the construction of tourist infrastructure facilities along major highways is of great importance in order to create favorable conditions for tourists.
Based on the priority tasks outlined in this decree, BMB HOLDING has launched another major project aimed at developing the tourism and service sector in the Jizzakh region – the BMB VILLAGE complex. This complex, built in a modern style, is the third facility commissioned by the Holding this year and is located along the M-39 highway passing through the Sharof Rashidov district of the Jizzakh region.
The multifunctional BMB VILLAGE complex consists of a 45-person hotel with the most modern design, a restaurant, a parking lot, a car wash facility, and a laundry service.
The total cost of this project is 15 billion soums, which is intended to support domestic and foreign tourism in the Jizzakh region, create new jobs, and further develop the region’s infrastructure. Moreover, this project, implemented at the initiative of BMB HOLDING, is not only economically significant but also meets the cultural and educational needs of the population.
It should be noted that the first such BMB VILLAGE complex was commissioned by the Holding in November 2022 in the Chinoz district of the Tashkent region. It is worth mentioning that the Holding intends to launch BMB VILLAGE complexes in other regions of the republic in the future.
In a word, BMB HOLDING, regardless of the direction of its activities, will continue to utilize all its capabilities and potential for the further prosperity of the New Uzbekistan being built under the leadership of our country’s head of state, increasing the well-being of our people, and the development of our Motherland.
