On August 27, 2025, a significant meeting took place between Mr. Yuri Netsvetaev, a member of the Supervisory Board of the Latvian company Elbi, and Mr. Mansur Musaev, Commercial Director of BMB HOLDING. The discussion culminated in a strategic agreement aimed at deepening the long-standing collaboration between the two companies and further expanding their partnership.
Founded in 1992, Elbi is recognized as one of the leading importers of fruits and vegetables in the Latvian market and has earned a solid reputation in the sector.
During the meeting, both parties engaged in substantive negotiations focused on strengthening economic and trade cooperation. Particular attention was given to expanding the export of agricultural products from Uzbekistan to Latvia. As a result, new directions and practical steps were outlined to scale up agri-food exports to the Latvian market.
Following the negotiations, both parties agreed to further develop their economic relations and to expand opportunities for strengthening their presence in regional markets.
This agreement not only marks a new phase in the export of agricultural goods but also contributes meaningfully to the broader economic cooperation between Latvia and Uzbekistan.
