On May 7 of this year, the Uzbek-Austrian Business Forum was held in Tashkent, organized by the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Embassy of Austria.

The forum brought together more than 100 representatives of business circles, major companies, government organizations, and financial institutions from both countries. The event served as an important platform for strengthening trade, economic, investment, and technological cooperation between Uzbekistan and Austria.

Anvar Muminov, Director of the International Relations Department of BMB HOLDING, also took part in the forum and held negotiations with representatives of several leading Austrian companies.

During a meeting with Christian Tino, CEO of Austrian Technology Corporation, the parties discussed the expansion of bilateral cooperation, the introduction of innovative solutions and modern technologies, as well as the implementation of joint projects in the agricultural sector.

During the negotiations, the Austrian entrepreneur expressed interest in establishing cooperation with companies operating in Uzbekistan’s agricultural sector and confirmed readiness to develop practical partnership initiatives in this direction.
