From June 16 to 18, Tashkent is hosting the 5th Tashkent International Investment Forum, one of the largest investment platforms in Central Asia. The event has brought together more than 8,000 participants from 99 countries, including government officials, experts from international financial institutions, major investors, and representatives of the global business community.
On June 17, one of the forum’s key events – the Plenary Session took place. President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev addressed the session, outlining the country’s ongoing large-scale economic reforms, efforts to further improve the investment climate, support the private sector, and expand international cooperation. President also emphasized that Uzbekistan remains open to investment and is committed to strengthening cooperation with foreign investors based on the principles of equality and mutually beneficial partnership.
Bekzod Mamatkulov, Chairman of the Founders Board of BMB HOLDING, also participated in the Plenary Session and held a series of meetings with major investors, representatives of financial institutions, and international business circles on the sidelines of the forum.
In particular, Bekzod Mamatkulov met with Carolyn Lamm, Chair of the American-Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce, as well as executives of Mangold Consulting, Bonduelle Group, Clark Hill, WeTrust, Green Oasis Agriculture, and BY Capital Project Group. During the meetings, the parties exchanged views on prospective cooperation in the fields of export and import, agro-industry, industrial cooperation, and investment.
Overall, the 5th Tashkent International Investment Forum serves as an important platform for BMB HOLDING to establish new partnerships, strengthen existing business relations, and further expand dialogue with the international business community.
