PROSPECTS FOR EXPANDING COOPERATION WITH THE PRESIDENT OF HT HOLDING DISCUSSED

The business trip of Chairman of the Founders Board of BMB HOLDING Bekzod Mamatkulov, across European countries continued in Italy with a series of promising meetings.

As part of the visit, talks were held with Roberto Tucci, president of HT HOLDING, in Milan on October 24 of this year.

Building on the discussions held in Tashkent on october 5, the meeting focused on expanding mutual investment ties and advancing joint projects to a new stage of development.

Key topics included expanding the BMB ZA’FARON plantation areas in Bakhmal District, Jizzakh Region, increasing processing capacity, and broadening the export geography of Uzbek saffron and saffron-based products by entering new international markets. The parties also explored opportunities to implement mutually beneficial joint initiatives in other promising sectors of the economy.

The meeting was also attended by football legends and World Cup champions with the Italian national team, Marco Materazzi and Cristian Zaccardo. Agreements were reached with them on the extensive promotion of products under the national BMB ZA’FARON brand and on enhancing its international recognition.

During the talks, the parties noted that the development of the partnership between BMB HOLDING and HT HOLDING was delivering significant results, and particularly emphasized the considerable potential of the saffron cultivation and processing project. It was noted that the high quality of Uzbek saffron and growing demand for it in international markets call for further intensification of joint efforts.

Concluding the meeting, which took place in a friendly and business-oriented atmosphere, the parties agreed to make effective use of their accumulated experience, expand cooperation beyond agriculture into other mutually beneficial sectors, and jointly implement promising initiatives.

We will continue to provide detailed updates on our pages regarding subsequent meetings during the business trip across Europe and their outcomes.
