An official delegation from the Republic of Korea, including representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (MAFRA) and the Korea Rural Community Corporation (KRC), closely familiarized themselves with the activities of BMB HOLDING enterprises located in the Sharof Rashidov district of Jizzakh region.
The delegation was led by So Inhi, MAFRA Deputy Director for International Cooperation. During the visit, the guests were accompanied by Khayrulla Nabijonov, head of the BMB HOLDING Supervisory Board apparatus.
The guests familiarized themselves with the activities of BMB Agro Plus enterprise, which specializes in deep processing of fruits and vegetables, as well as the BMB-NRC Agrologistics center, which operates on a “single window” principle for exports.
As part of the visit, presentations were made to the guests in the following areas:
- deep processing technological lines covering the processes of tomato concentrate production, sublimation, and drying of products;
- a logistics and export support system that meets international standards;
- a certification system that meets international requirements.
The delegation particularly noted the working conditions created at the enterprises, production efficiency, compliance with environmental and sanitary standards, as well as the expansion of export potential for domestic and foreign markets.
It should be noted that the production capabilities of BMB HOLDING fully meet the needs of farms not only in Jizzakh region, but also in Samarkand and Syrdarya regions.
Following the visit, the parties expressed mutual interest in further developing cooperation in agriculture, collaborating on the export of deeply processed products to the Korean market, introducing advanced technologies, exchanging experiences, and implementing promising joint projects.
